Born and raised in Tennessee, Nyle Carlton brings over 12 years of real estate experience to Wendell Alexander Realty, specializing in residential, commercial, and farm properties. 

Nyle enjoys meeting new people and values the opportunity to serve clients across the region. Having grown up working in construction and on his family’s farm, Nyle offers clients practical knowledge about building and land, helping them make informed decisions when buying or selling property. 

He appreciates the good, honest, and hardworking people in the community he serves and takes pride in supporting them through each step of the real estate process. Known for his straightforward approach and industry knowledge, Nyle enjoys sharing his experience with clients to ensure they feel confident in their transactions. 

Outside of work, Nyle enjoys woodworking and spending time on projects that allow him to work with his hands. He is a graduate of Dresden High School, Class of 1978.
