Alexander Bynum is Owner and Principal Broker of Wendell Alexander Realty located in Dresden and Martin in Weakley County, Tennessee.

In October 2020, Mr. Bynum accepted the role of 2021 President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.

Mr. Bynum has been actively involved in the Tennessee Association of Realtors, previously serving as the 2018 Secretary of Treasury for TAR. As President, Mr. Bynum served as a voice for Tennessee's rural communities and rural Realtors.

Mr. Bynum is a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame and has received numerous honors, including the 2018 UT Martin Outstanding Young Alumni Award, the 2016 Tennessee Realtors Presidential Award, the 2016 Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors Presidential Award, the 2014 University of Tennessee at Martin Interfraternity Council Advisor of the Year Award, recognition as a 2012 National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Finalist, and the National Association of Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) Presidential Circle Golden R Investor designation.

Born and raised in Weakley County, Mr. Bynum is a 2006 graduate of Gleason High School. In 2009, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Mr. Bynum is married to Kate Moore Bynum, and together they have one daughter, Roane Alexandra.

His mission is to identify, relate to, encourage, equip, and work with community-minded people to help West Tennessee become a better place.

Ashley Pinkston is a lifelong Martin, Tennessee, resident with a strong background in banking, finance, and real estate. She spent 12 years with First State Bank/Simmons Bank before accepting the role of Vice President of Loan Administration in 2015, where she oversaw loan production across a seven-state region.

In 2018, Ashley transitioned into real estate, bringing her extensive lending expertise and financial knowledge to better serve buyers and sellers. Born and raised in Martin, TN, Samuel Ray Freeman has been with Wendell Alexander Realty since 2019. As an affiliate broker, Sam handles all types of real estate transactions but has a particular passion for land sales.

Sam loves helping others with one of the biggest purchases of their lives, working hard to make the process as smooth as possible for every client. Known for his availability and responsiveness, he reminds clients to “leave a message” if he doesn’t answer immediately—he’s always on the phone and will call back.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his kids and supporting them in their activities, as well as following the teams his wife helps coach. Originally from Ridgely, TN, Andrew Bargery joined Wendell Alexander Realty in October 2024 and also serves as the Business Development Manager at Skyhawk Rentals, where he has been since May 2023. He focuses on both buyer and seller representation as well as property management, serving clients across West Tennessee.
