Originally from Middle Tennessee and a lifelong West Tennessean, Baylee Ostrander is a new face in the real estate industry, holding her license for just over a year and recently joining Wendell Alexander Realty. Baylee shares that the brokerage has been incredibly supportive in helping her build her career and grow as an agent. 

As she continues to develop in the industry, Baylee is passionate about specializing in land and hunting properties, bringing her love for the outdoors into her work. She appreciates the flexibility real estate provides, allowing her to adapt to her clients’ schedules while maintaining balance in her own. 

Baylee is known for her loyalty and determination and values the rural, small-town communities she serves, which align with her love for country living. Her strong presence in the outdoor community on social media allows her to connect with others who share her interests, giving her a unique advantage when marketing hunting properties to the right audiences. 

Outside of work, Baylee’s seasons revolve around the outdoors, with her year split between turkey season, grabbling season, off-season preparation, and duck season. She loves hunting, fishing, traveling, and finding new side hustles when time allows. 

Baylee holds an associate’s degree in general studies and has earned her private pilot’s license.
