Ashley Pinkston is a lifelong Martin, Tennessee, resident with a strong background in banking, finance, and real estate. She spent 12 years with First State Bank/Simmons Bank before accepting the role of Vice President of Loan Administration in 2015, where she oversaw loan production across a seven-state region.

In 2018, Ashley transitioned into real estate, bringing her extensive lending expertise and financial knowledge to better serve buyers and sellers. She is a member of the Central West Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Ashley and her husband, Dustin, are the proud parents of four children: Drake (Mary Grace), Easton, Beau, and Ella. Deeply invested in her community, she enjoys supporting her children’s activities and giving back through local organizations. She serves as an active member of the Charger Foundation and the Skyhawk Club Board.
