Ashley Pinkston was raised in Martin, TN where she worked at First State / Simmons Bank for 12 years. In 2015, she accepted a position as Vice President of Loan Administration making her responsible for loan production in over 7 states.

In 2018, Mrs. Pinkston left the banking world and obtained her Real Estate License.  She is a participant in Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.​

Mrs. Pinkston is married to John Dustin Pinkston and together they have 4 children, Drake, Easton, Beau, and Ella.  She spent many years involved in their family row crop farm and enjoys being actively involved in their children's extracurricular activities. She is an active member of the Charger Foundation and Martin Pilot Club.
